Starbucks Trashes Tea Partiers

I never really "got" Starbucks.  It seems like a lot of hoopla surrounding overpriced coffee that has been dressed up in hipness. 




Yet more snobbery from an already snobby trend.  And you wonder why Starbucks had to close 600 stores last July.  I wonder what their logic was in the above advertising campaign -- one that could possibly turn away more consumers, resulting in more store closures.  Smart.

And a good reason to buy Kaldi's Coffee!  They're a St. Louis-based company, and I always think it's best to patronize local business owners before big chains.
