As I was e-mailing my friends back and forth yesterday and last night, firming up our plans to attend the big Tea Party in downtown St. Louis tomorrow, I was sharing with them how FoxNews would be broadcasting live from various venues all day tomorrow. In fact, if you see below at my last post with the info from FoxNews, I joked about how the MSM would portray us.Well, my friends, the attacks are apparently starting already. Ironically, our local FoxNews affiliate Channel 2 had one of its reporters claiming that "extremists" would be rallying.
I got the tip from one of my favorite bloggers GatewayPundit. However, it appears that Channel 2 has deleted the story and link, but luckily the video link via GatewayPundit works fine. Perhaps Channel 2 wised up and realized it's insane to assume that everyone attending tomorrow's rally is some radical extremist. Oh, I'm sure there will be a handful of the embarrassing kooks, but I believe the majority of us will be pissed off taxpayers from every part of the political spectrum.
I guess in the eyes of the MSM, that makes us "extremists." Well, then an extremist I shall be. (Oh, did I mention I'm going with a friend, and the two of us are bringing our mothers? Sounds pretty radical, doesn't it? I guess this extremism must be in our DNA.)
